SAFETY GUIDELINES

 

Due to the nature of our business, it is impossible for us to maintain 6 feet of distance while performing services. Therefore, everyone at Ruby & Clover, this includes staff and guests MUST WEAR A MASK that ALWAYS covers the nose and mouth. We do recommend a disposable mask as color and hair will get on it.  We will follow state board guidelines for safety and sanitation.

We will be screening all employees and guests upon arrival to the salon. This will include a temperature check and we must have a Covid-19 consent form on file for everyone.  

We ask that you fill it out the day of your visit and bring it with you to your appointment.

Appointments are required for every service, and only those receiving services will be allowed in the salon.

Please only bring essentials into the salon - a payment method, a car key, a cell phone, and your consent form. Color robes will not be available so please wear an old shirt (Your stylist will still use a cape on you.) Please do not bring any food or drinks into the salon - hopefully, you will be in and out and will not have time to get hungry or thirsty!

Weather permitting, outside seating will be available for those of you who would like to process outside or just get some fresh air.

Upon entry, please take advantage of our sanitation station, have a seat in our lobby and your stylist will come get you.

Should you choose to call the salon directly please leave a message and your call will be returned.  We do not have a receptionist at this time.

A credit card will be required to book and will be kept on file to ensure a touch free checkout experience.  We kindly ask if you need to cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance.  Appointments cancelled with less then 24 hours notice will be charged half the booking price.  Should you no call, no show your appointment you will be charged for the full service booking
