SALON EXPECTATIONS

 

Our team at Ruby and Clover feel very passionate about giving you great hair.  Here at Ruby and Clover we believe everyone matters and we respect everyone's individual opinions and their right to choose what is best for them.  With that being said we kindly ask you to do the same for us and others in the salon at the time of your service.   Please remember we ALL use Ruby and Clover as "Our Happy Place" and should be able to relax and enjoy our time here.  We are not requiring masks at this time,  however if you would like to wear a mask for your service please feel free to wear one!  You do you!!

Should you choose to call the salon directly please leave a message, your call will be returned within 48 hours.

A credit card will be required to book all appointments and will be kept on file.   We kindly ask if you need to cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance.  Appointments cancelled with less then 24 hours notice will be charged in full.  Should you no call, no show your appointment you will be charged for the full service booking as well.
