Our team at Ruby and Clover feel very passionate about giving you great hair and a great experience. Here, at Ruby and Clover, we believe everyone matters and we respect everyone's individual opinions and their right to choose what is best for them. With that being said, we kindly ask you to do the same for us and others in the salon at the time of your service. Please remember we ALL use Ruby and Clover as "Our Happy Place" and should be able to relax and enjoy our time here. With that being said please leave your adorable children home unless they have an appointment.
Upon entry, please check in through our front desk iPad, grab a beverage and shop around!
Arriving late can derail your stylists day as well as the guests that follow you. We offer a
10 minute grace period and will do our best to work with you. Please text us, through your appointment reminder text, to let us know you are running late. A late arrival may require a service adjustment at the original booking price or rescheduling. Rescheduling will require you to pay for the missed appointment before a new one can be booked.
We kindly ask if you need to cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel /modify through your original appointment confirmation email or leave a message at
(248) 651-1331. Appointments cancelled with less then 24 hours notice will be charged in full. Should you not call or not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for the full service booking.
A credit card will be required to book all appointments and will be kept on file. Upon check out of your service, you will be able to use your credit card on file or another form of payment. We accept credit cards, cash and checks. Credit cards will include a 3% processing fee. If you book your appointment online ,you do not get charged until you check out at the salon after your service.
