Ruby & Clover Salon Company – Guest Experience & Cancellation Policy

​At Ruby & Clover Salon Company, we’re committed to creating not just beautiful hair, but a beautiful experience—for every guest, every visit. We believe everyone matters, and we ask that all guests show the same respect for our team, fellow guests, and the space we’ve created together. To ensure we can serve you with care and excellence, please take a moment to review our updated policies.

Salon Etiquette

We want Ruby & Clover to be a place where everyone can relax and enjoy their time. For that reason, we kindly ask that you leave small children at home unless they have a scheduled appointment.

When you arrive

  • Please check in at our front desk iPad, this alerts your service provide that you have arrived.

  • Grab a beverage from our beverage station located directly across from the front desk.

  • Feel free to shop around our boutique!

Late Arrivals

We offer a 5-minute grace period. If you’re running late, please text us at (248) 780-7121 or using your appointment reminder link

  • Arrivals 5 minutes or more past your scheduled time may result in a service adjustment at the full price or may require rescheduling.

  • If rescheduling is necessary due to tardiness, the full cost of the missed appointment will apply and must be paid before booking again.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another guest.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

  • No-call/no-show appointments will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

  • These fees must be paid prior to rebooking any future appointments.

  2. Email us at rubyandcloversalon@gmail.com

  3. Cancel directly via the Manage link in your confirmation email (if outside the 24-hour window)

Appointment Confirmations & Reminders

  • A confirmation email is sent when your appointment is first booked

  • A confirmation email and text are sent two days before your appointment

  • Please ensure your contact information is up to date to receive all notifications

  • You may cancel or reschedule through the Manage button in your confirmation email if you’re outside the 24-hour window

Payment & Booking

Payment & Booking

  • A credit card is required to book all appointments and will be securely kept on file

  • Your card is not charged in advance unless you no-show or cancel late

  • We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, cash, and checks

    (A 3% processing fee applies to card payments)

    (A $50 fee will be applied to any returned NSF check)

  • You may choose to use your card on file or another method at checkout

  • Online appointments can be booked up to 3 hours in advance

We accept gratuity on credit cards, but your card must be physically present to process this separate transaction.
