Hi! My name is Baillie Terrian & I have been at Ruby and Clover Hairdressing since 2015. I am a level 5 stylist and have a true passion for color. I specialize in modern blonding and custom color services, including balayage, dimensional brunettes, and vibrant redheads. As a dedicated colorist, I love the artistry behind formulation and take pride in creating personalized results that enhance each client’s natural beauty and lifestyle.

I am L’Oréal Professionnel Balayage Certified, Brazilian Blowout Certified, a graduate of the Toni & Guy Haircutting Program, professionally trained and certified through Milbon USA for treatments, Moroccanoil Haircutting & Styling Certified, and a proud member of the L’Oréal Expert Network.

Beyond great hair, I believe the salon experience should feel comfortable, fun, and a little like home. From the moment you sit in my chair, the goal is to create a relaxed, welcoming environment where you feel heard, cared for, and confident. With the help of my associate, we make sure each guest enjoys an easy, smooth, and elevated experience. 

When I’m not behind the chair, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, being outdoors, collecting house plants, working out, traveling, and soaking up live music. I’m also a proud rescue mama to my fur baby, Gunnar.
